Basically this is a direct copy art from the official Cloud art from the PS2 megaawesomesuperspectacularkingofgamesth athasSquallinitandrocksforit game, Kingdom Hearts. The only difference is he's got his massive sword over his shoulder instead of out in front of him and um... I think there's something different about the cape. I dunno though. Somewhere out there in this world, there's a colored version, but I didn't color it. My friend Jonathan did. If you're lucky, he might find it and show us all. Until then...
